The SEC is slated to make Fixed Indexed Annuities a Security!

The Coalition for Indexed Products has made tremendous progress in stopping the SEC from making Fixed Indexed Annuities into a registered security. Recently, federal courts remanded the rule back to the SEC! That means the SEC must take further action before them can re-introduce the rule. 

With the help of active insurance agents, Congress now has 2 bills that have been introduced. During this session, we will show you the next steps to take to keep FIAs from becoming a registered security.
